Rebranding of Joutsen Rahoitus to UB Rahoitus after United Bankers acquisition. Rebranding was conducted in co-operation with United Bankers in-house marketing department and UB Rahoitus in-house web development.
Color schema adaptation and illustrations were my main responsibilities in identity update. The goal was to create an identity that has a resemblence to United Bankers Group, but contains some old components from Joutsen Rahoitus. Swans had to go (joutsen = swan), but who wouldnt like balloons. Logo was created by United Bankers in-house marketing department.
Redesigning of ui elements to follow new visual guidelines and update Bootstrap and AngularUI versions. Mobile usage was also taken into considerationmore broadly. Public website was reconstructed with WordPress to enable United Bankers marketing and communication department to take part in public announcements. Web-app for loan applicants, investors, investment brokers and our own staff was also updated to follow the new design and new versions of CakePph and AngularJS.
All text materials were applied to follow new communication guidelines of the new owner, which also meant following stock exchange legislation.
All marketing materials, contracts and other document templates as well as user guides were updated to follow new identity.
